Vehicle Rescue Assignment at City Ave and Lancaster Ave with Belmont Hills Fire Company and Philadelphia Fire Department. PFD arrived first, stabilized the vehicle and removed the windshield allowing access to the driver. Rescue 21’s crew secured the battery of the second vehicle and controlled fluids.
